TERMS OF MEMBERSHIP AT EOTPRO.COM

1.     Trial memberships are notified a few days prior to expiration and are automatically removed from the Trading Room if payment is not received in a timely manner and in time for the following trading week.

2.     EndofTrendTrading / EOTPRO offers a minimum 5 day trial time.

3.     EndofTrendTrading / EOTPRO does not recur Bill and your Trial and or Subscription will terminate based on expiration date.

4.     Expired trial memberships automatically are removed upon expiration and a new software email will be sent as well as Trading Room access only if an order is requested and paid for.

5.     You agree that you have no right to dispute charges from EndofTrendTrading / EOTPRO. If you forget to renew at expiration your Indicators will terminate and your access to the Trading Room will be removed.

6.     All subscriptions are notified a few days prior to renewal and it is up to the client to return to EOTPRO.com to renew both their indicators and Trading Room access. Subscriptions are offered on a month-to-month basis or a client may order many months at one time.  All subscription fees are non-refundable once they have been billed to your card. This includes the monthly fee for Indicators. Subscriptions are active/valid within 24 to 72 hours after you submit your application and/or payment.

7.     All of our policies, rules, terms and notices fall under the EST time frame, GMT-5.

8.     The trading room official hours are from 9:30AM EST to 16:15 PM EST. We normally will take a break during the low volatility period known as the 'dead zone' or the 'doldrums'. Subject to change at the discretion of EOTPRO.

9.     Private messages sent to administrators may be shared among the other administrators to benefit you, and may be disclosed to the public or general room attendees if it helps their education.

10.  If you wish to renew, please let us know at least three (3) days in advance of your trial expiring, or there may be a waiting period prior to your new set of indicators arrive and disruption in your service is possible.

11.  We allow only * one * trial membership per each physical mailing address. This prevents the unfair activity of the same user from signing up for multiple trials in a row.

12.  Only one person shall be allowed to use the service per membership login at a time. This is to prevent one person from using an account and giving it out to hundreds of others. This is not fair to our other traders.

13.  Please treat the members and moderators with respect. No foul language, or abusive tones will be tolerated towards any member or our administrators.

14.  Payments of any type are NON refundable. If you decide not to use the product or service this is your personal decision and a rebate is not available.

15.  If the traders assisting in the Educational Trading Room need to take an extended leave of absence from the room for vacation or emergency reasons we will let the members know in advance as soon as possible.

16.  The traders that contribute in the Educational Trading Room are not certified traders, they are not registered brokers and any information they share is for educational purposes only as an added educational benefit to how the EndofTrendTrading / EOTPRO Indicators work live in the markets.

17.  Members whose method of payment declines will have three days to correct the issue or their account will be temporarily suspended.

18.  EndofTrendTrading / EOTPRO have the right to refuse or cancel membership at any time at its own discretion, so please follow the rules and behave.

19.  Any violation of the above rules, spam, or promotion of external services will result in membership cancellation without a refund.

20.  Members who violate any of these terms will be blocked from logging into the room and will not receive a refund.

21.  All products from EndofTrendTrading / EOTPRO are under the copyright laws and proprietary to the individual who designed / created them.

22.  All copyright laws apply and EndofTrendTrading / EOTPRO do not condone any resale of either the products or trading service that we provide.

23.  EndofTrendTrading / EOTPRO does not condone Criminal Infringement – Any Person(s) who infringes willfully either for the commercial advantage or private gain or by the Reproduction or distribution including by electronic means.

24.  EndofTrendTrading / EOTPRO does not condone False Representation of our product or service to others.
