1. If you would like to order the Elite functions from Richard and you are on a 1 month payment cycle with EOTPRO, you are required to wait until your indicators time out. We will sent both the EOTPRO discretionary and Richard Elite functions at the same time. Please do not order mid cycle. Customers that have paid for 3 months please e-mail Shelly@eotpro.com.

2. If you are on a older version of Multicharts, you are required to keep the older version until your indicators time out. Then upgrade Multicharts to the newest version. The newest version is 3.1.1353, Then reorder. Please do not upgrade for no reason as we will not resend you the indicators.

3. Make sure your e-mail address is correct. Please confirm your e-mail address in all of our forms.

4. We only will send indicators to 1 platform and 1 computer only. Effective immediately

5. You are required to have a Gmail e-mail account to receive the elite series package because of the e-mail attachment size.
